At this time Sophie Annabelle does not sell physical products. All products are digital, or delivered in a live setting over Zoom.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

All sales are final, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. After registration and payment of a service, and pertaining to all private coaching or mentorship services you will be expected to sign a client-contract (agreement of the terms of service). Any refusal to sign the client-contract will not result in a waiver of the return, exchange, or refund policy. Without a fully executed, and active client-contract in place, the coaching or mentorship service will not proceed, and this policy will however still be enforced 'All sales are final, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges'.
